BIO - COUNTRY ARTIST
Chad Shuttleworth is a country artist based in Newcastle, NSW. He has played Country Guitar since the age of 13 and now as a 28-year-old loves the sound of humming amps and singing classic and modern Country Music.
CS TRIO is a guitar, bass and drum outfit producing the classic country rock sound. With bass player, Jarrod Gibson and Drummer Adam McCann, The trio has a Keith Urban and Brad Paisley sound. The vocals are 3 part harmonies that make a wall of harmonic sound. As a front man, Chad continues to work on his sound with his Trio to get a genuine country rock twang that even Hank Williams would enjoy.
Chad and his band have become known for amazing shows, performing at festivals like Gympie Music Muster, Music at the Mulga, Broadbeach Country Music Festival and at the Blue Water Country Music Festival.
Chad is a graduate of the CMAA College of Country Music in 2008. He was a finalist in the Toyota Star Maker in 2010 and 2012 at the Tamworth Country Music Festival.
Chad loves playing at new festivals and for the lovers of Country music. He also loves to travel on to remote venues to play his special brand of Country Music.
Chad has been working on his songwriting since he was 15 years old and now have 20 great songs ready for a place on a new CD. His most recent release was “Spaces In Between: VOL. 1” which was recorded with Robbie Long at Funky Lizard Studios, Newcastle. This recording was an 8 track acoustic EP with Robbie playing mandolin and slide guitar.
